Here, we guide you in rediscovering the deep connection between your mind and body, empowering you to embrace your true self.
As you learn to nurture your own feelings, you'll naturally become more attuned to caring for those around you. Let us help you cultivate the inner peace that leads to greater harmony in all aspects of your life.
The therapeutic approach…
People who seek our services are…
-
Neurodivergent
Thinking differently may leave you feeling misunderstood, confused, or outside of “normal”. In my work, I seek to understand your barriers to success and work to find sustainable and accessible solutions.
-
Exploring the Mind Body Connection
Our bodies are the gateway to a deep and rich connection to our own inner world. Much of our experience and social conditioning take us out of our embodied experience. In my work I help people reconnect to their inner landscape through somatic connection.
-
LGBTQIA+
Identity affirmation is key to the development of long term wellbeing. I provide a safe space to explore, discuss and question what is coming up for you as you unfold your relationship to self and sexual and gender identity.
IThe therapist's role is to create a supportive environment where growth and change are possible. At the beginning of treatment, the focus is on building a trusting relationship that fosters honest, open communication. Honesty enables clients to share their experiences in a way that feels authentic, while allowing the therapist to provide genuine feedback and reframing that supports the client’s journey toward insight and self-awareness.
The therapeutic process involves examining developmental experiences, including past traumas and attachment relationships, as well as current relationships and mindset. Through this work, clients are guided toward healing and accepting their past, envisioning their future, and gaining tools to remain grounded in the present.
The therapeutic approach includes:
Attentive listening
Assessing your circumstances, emotions, and experiences
Helping you develop tools to connect with their body’s wisdom
Engaging in goal-oriented envisioning
This approach delves into past experiences to uncover how they shape a person’s current self. Together, the therapist and client explore how the body holds and expresses these experiences and how mindset affects decision-making. The process is designed to create a personalized plan to take meaningful steps toward the future the client envisions.
Virtual sessions are provided via video telehealth on a HIPAA complaint platform.
